1. Ticketing Terms 1.1. All tickets are sold subject to these terms and conditions. 1.2. By purchasing a ticket, the attendee agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. 1.3. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. 2. Payment Terms 2.1. Payment for tickets must be made in full at the time of purchase. 2.2. Payment methods includes the following; (Bank Transfer, Credit Card and Mobile Money) 2.3. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchase if payment is not received within the specified timeframe. 3. Ticket Prices and Availability 3.1. Ticket prices are as listed on our website. 3.2. The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices at any time without notice. 3.3. Tickets are subject to availability and may sell out quickly. 4. Conference Details 4.1. The conference will take place on [22nd March,2025 ] at [Golden Peacock Lilongwe]. 4.2. The organizer reserves the right to change the conference date, venue, or schedule without notice. 4.3. The attendee agrees to comply with all conference rules and regulations. 5. Cancellation or Postponement 5.1. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference due to unforeseen circumstances. 5.2. In the event of cancellation, the organizer will provide a full refund to attendees. 5.3. In the event of postponement, the organizer will provide attendees with the option to attend the rescheduled conference or receive a full refund. 6. Liability 6.1. The organizer shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs. 6.2. The organizer shall not be liable for any injury or damage caused to attendees during the conference. 7. Intellectual Property 7.1. All intellectual property rights in and to the conference, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and recordings, are owned by the organizer. 7.2. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or display any conference materials without the prior written consent of the organizer. 8. Data Protection 8.1. The organizer will collect and process attendee personal data in accordance with the relevant data protection laws. 8.2. Attendees consent to the organizer's use of their personal data for the purposes of the conference. 9. Governing Law 9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Malawi]. 9.2.
