In the case of cancellation or postponement, ticket holders will be informed as soon as possible. Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event. • If the event is cancelled entirely, a full refund will be provided to all ticket holders. • The organisers reserve the right to modify event details, including the venue, speaker lineup, and schedule. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders using the contact information provided during purchase. 2. Event Details • The event will begin promptly at 3 pm with guest registration • A standard menu will be provided. Attendees with dietary restrictions are encouraged to proactively communicate their requirements to the event staff. • Guests are expected to buy their own drinks. 3. Entry and Attendance • This event is open to individuals aged 18 and over only. Proof of age may be requested upon entry. • The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who does not comply with these terms or engages in inappropriate or disruptive behaviour. • Attendees are expected to follow all instructions from event staff and organisers. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund. 4. Liability & Conduct • The organisers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property while attending the event. • Attendees are required to act respectfully towards all participants, speakers, and staff. Any form of harassment or disruptive behaviour will lead to immediate removal from the event. • The organisers are not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the event. 5. Photography & Media • By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by the organisers. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes without compensation. • If you prefer not to be included in any promotional materials, please notify the organisers at the event registration desk upon arrival. 6.
