The Lake of Stars Malawi Arts Festival, a prolific beacon of cultural celebration, announced its triumphant return in March, 2024, marking its 20th anniversary and appreciating the 60th anniversary of Malawi's Independence. The much-anticipated festival will take place at the eco conscious Fish Eagle Bay Lodge, Sani Beach, Nkhotakota, from 6th to 8th September, 2024.

Since its inception, the festival has been a consistent source of positive global media coverage for Malawi, influenced a festival culture in Malawi, and provided a global stage for Malawian artists, showcasing their talents to an international audience and fostering cultural exchange.
